GENERAL PURPOSE: Under the direction of the AS/SDSU Competitive Sports Manager, the assistant coach for triathlon will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in directing practices three times a week for the academic year. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for collaborating with the Head Coach and both the men's and women's team captains to create practice plans and team development strategies; run and control team swims, runs, and bike rides with concern for all participant safety.
