Summer Camp Counselor

Baltimore Country Club is hiring Summer Camp Counselors to help create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for children ages 4–12. If you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great summer job! What You'll Do Supervise and engage campers in daily activities

• Help run games, crafts, sports, swimming, and themed events
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment
• Communicate with parents and staff when needed

What We're Looking For Minimum age: 16

Experience with kids (babysitting, camps, coaching, etc.):

Reliable transportation Good communication and teamwork skills Responsible, patient, and able to problem-solve Comfortable working outdoors and staying active Able to lift 25 lbs and keep accurate daily notes Working at BCC provides a fun environment, great co-workers, and valuable experience you can use for future jobs. You'll build confidence, improve leadership skills, and make a real impact on the campers you work with.
