Duties

Provide assistance to Before School, After School, and Summer Activity Center Program staff, for school age youth at Virginia Beach Public Schools and community recreation centers

Provide/assist with staff supervision, training and development

Assist with site supervision as needed Reporting emergency/crisis situations

Managing and problem-solving multiple crisis related tasks

Review/process and manage medication requests submitted for program participants

Assist with planning and implementation of unit's special events

Provide quality internal and external customer service via telephone, email, and in person

Assist with weekly, monthly and annual statistical reports

Assist with preparation of required reports, documents, paperwork and promotional materials

Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on then current workloads and department needs.
