    Position Summary

    As a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, the President will be instrumental in scaling our multistate operations for sustainable growth and impact. This role will drive operational excellence across finance, marketing, program operations support, customer support, people functions and IT platforms ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our strategic vision and financial goals. The President will be a dynamic leader responsible for executing the business plan, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

    The successful candidate will be expected to quickly assess the current state of the financial and operational components of the business.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Conduct a full assessment of operations and develop a plan to improve, including the development of KPI dashboards to drive business performance across all service lines.

    Assist with the development of a strategic and annual operating plan for the business based on a full assessment of the current situation. Lead the organization to deliver against certain elements of these plans, including empowering the entire organization, particularly operations to take accountability for major aspects of the business plan.

    Oversee the performance and integration of all operational departments, including finance, marketing, program operations support, customer support, and people

    Develop and implement consistent operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

    Manage the company’s budget and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility, sustainability, and driving growth

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support

    Attract, develop, and retain top talent within operational departments

    Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to achieve strategic goals and ensure alignment across departments

    Resolve issues quickly and effectively, seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner.

    Ensure adherence to established processes and operating systems, leveraging data and technology where appropriate, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    Implement and oversee a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk and safety management framework.

    Own dashboards and co-own (with CEO & CFO) operational leadership team meetings, leveraging them to proactively identify issues and drive solutions.

    Partner with the CEO and CFO on short and long-term planning.

    Execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.

    Own analytics strategy and company dashboards and leverage data to proactively provide actionable insights, identify issues, and manage operations.

    Establish and maintain effective organizational systems to manage workflows and information, and demonstrate exceptional follow-through to achieve desired outcomes.

    Ensure the implementation and maintenance of IT services offering to properly support the business.

    Confirm that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization.

    Oversee the annual budgeting process, monthly financial statements, and OLT Scorecard.

    Co-coordinate weekly, quarterly, and annual meeting and lead/plan accordingly.

    Assure capture and documentation of organizational processes and metrics to measure these processes.

    Annual management of external benchmarking programs to assure best practices in corporate responsibility and employee focus.

    Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and [5+] years of corporate managerial experience, in particular in the outdoor pursuits / amusement industry.

    Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, across various audiences.

    Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively, handle both internal and external conflicts, and build high-performing teams.

    Strong financial, forecasting and analytical skills, including overseeing the development, management, and accountability of multi-million dollar budgets.

    Experience effectively managing individuals and teams with a wide range of professional skills, technical expertise, and operational responsibilities.

    Demonstrated success developing and executing on strategic plans including defining and achieving measurable results.

    Strong commitment to values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.

    Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and foster collaborative working relationships across departments.

    Strong ability to identify, develop, mentor and empower leaders, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
