Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as Big Game Hunting Travel Specialists. This entry-level, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to assist hunters in planning their dream big game hunting adventures. Whether it’s tracking trophy elk in the Rockies, hunting African safari game, or exploring other unique hunting destinations, you’ll help clients plan and book their ultimate hunting trips. Training is provided, so no experience is required—just a passion for travel and adventure! This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the USA, Mexico, or the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their hunting preferences, needs, and budget. Provide expert advice on hunting destinations, licenses, permits, accommodations, and other aspects of big game hunting trips.
- Plan Customized Hunting Itineraries: Design personalized travel itineraries for hunters, including hunting location recommendations, travel arrangements, accommodations, guides, and other necessary services such as outfitter coordination and gear logistics.
- Research and Book Hunting Trips: Research and book big game hunting trips at premier hunting destinations, including arranging flights, hunting lodge accommodations, transport, guided hunting services, and necessary hunting permits.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain communication with clients throughout the booking process, during their trips, and follow up afterward to ensure satisfaction. Address any concerns or last-minute changes with professionalism.
- Sales and Commission: Generate leads, build relationships, and close bookings. As a commission-based role, your income potential is tied directly to the number of successful trips you coordinate, with unlimited earning potential based on your success.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends in the big game hunting world, including new hunting destinations, regulations, and the best hunting seasons. Use this knowledge to provide the best recommendations to your clients.
Qualifications:
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training. Whether you have prior experience in the travel or hunting industry or not, we will equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in the field.
- Location Requirements: Must be a resident of the USA, Mexico, or the UK.
- Passion for Hunting or Adventure Travel: A genuine interest in hunting and outdoor adventures will make you an ideal fit for this role, but prior experience in the field is not required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for working with clients, answering questions, and providing clear instructions on trip details.
- Sales-Focused: This is a commission-based position, so you must be motivated to drive sales and successfully close bookings. A customer-first mindset and a friendly, professional approach will help you succeed in this role.
- Self-Motivated and Organized: As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple bookings and clients at once are essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort using online booking systems, email, video calls, and other digital tools is required. Training will be provided for specific systems and platforms.
