Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and execute customized travel itineraries tailored to your clients’ needs.
  • Review client preferences, budgets, and travel goals to create personalized trip plans.
  • Book a variety of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Address and resolve any client issues that arise throughout the travel process.
  • Participate in ongoing training to earn certifications and stay updated on travel industry trends.
  • Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations and travel types.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable internet access and a computer (or smartphone).
  • Background in hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not required).
  • Personal travel experience is a bonus (not mandatory).
