The Cruise ConsultantΒ will ensure that clients receive top-notch service from the initial booking inquiry through to post-cruise follow-up.Key Responsibilities:
- Cruise Booking & Management: Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises, including cabins, itineraries, shore excursions, and other services, through the companyβs online platform.
- Customer Support: Provide expert guidance to customers by answering inquiries regarding cruise destinations, amenities, pricing, and available promotions. Assist with modifications, cancellations, and rebooking.
- Personalized Recommendations: Offer tailored cruise options based on client preferences, including budget, travel dates, desired experiences, and destination interests.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend additional services such as shore excursions, travel insurance, upgrades, or onboard experiences (spa, dining, etc.) to maximize customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or concerns related to cruise bookings, such as itinerary changes, booking errors, or cruise line policies, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, payments, and any changes to reservations. Generate and maintain reports for tracking bookings, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Promotions & Special Offers: Keep clients informed about exclusive deals, discounts, or special promotions available on cruises and work to maximize bookings during peak sales periods.
- Collaborate with Cruise Lines: Work with cruise line partners to obtain up-to-date information about schedules, special offers, and availability to provide accurate and comprehensive recommendations to clients.
- Post-Cruise Support: Follow up with clients after their cruise to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and offer further travel services for future trips.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with trends, new cruise offerings, itineraries, and industry changes to offer clients the best recommendations.
