Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Reservation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their travel reservations, coordinate with various vendors, and ensure a smooth booking process. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with making travel reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
• Coordinate with various vendors to secure bookings and confirm reservations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications.
• Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends and vendor offerings to provide clients with the best options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and software (training will be provided).
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
