Job Description

Our Overland Park, KS location, is seeking a Lead to add to our international team.

This position reports to the Manager, Account Services.

The Lead will work collaboratively with teams to execute the flow of orders received from customers. We are seeking an individual who has strong communication skills, is a team player, highly organized, and detail oriented.

As the International Account Services Lead, you will have the opportunities to:

• Collaborate with Production Planning, International Logistics, Sales, Inventory Planning, and Demand Planning to deliver products to end customers.
• Enter customer purchase orders received via phone, e-mail, regular mail, and EDI transmission.
• Enter return authorizations and route for approvals.
• Process credits in a timely manner for customers.
• Have direct communications with Dealer accounts to deliver the highest level of customer service possible.
• Manage e-mail inboxes to ensure timely responses to internal and external customers.
• Manage and support defined team metrics to drive efficiency.
• Lead International Account Services team and drive high quality experience for internal and external customers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of Account Services experience.
• 2+ years of Lead experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and multitasking skills.
• Independent thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills (intermediate level) including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual
• Knowledge of outdoor products
• Knowledge of INCOTERM
• Knowledge of licensed goods and custom requirements

Pay Range:

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
