Marina Ski Instructor

Cragun's Resort is looking for a part-time and/or full time Ski Instructor and Marina Attendant for the 2025 summer season! Come spend your summer on the lake and in the sun!

Job Purpose

To deliver waterski, wakeboard, and activity programs for both children and adult guests, both on and off the water.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service
• Deliver waterski/wakeboard instruction to all guests
• Rotate within the team responsibility for instruction, driving, spotting, taking reservations and preparing guests for their session
• Ensure safety is of the highest standard for both the beach and ski boat operation
• Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and security of the equipment (will train on this)
• Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests using the equipment each day (for both motorized and non-motorized equipment)
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Requires the ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Must be organized, personable, and enthusiastic about Cragun's and customer service!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (includes weekends, evenings, summer holidays)
• Watercraft safety certificate a plus but not required
• Must be 18 years of age to operate Ski Boat
• Must have a valid driver's license (to operate Ski Boat)
