Specialized has an opening for a Mechanic/Event Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Jesenice, Czech Republic. If you have a passion for bikes, a broad technical background with bikes, love providing excellent service to our riders and if you are interested in beeing a member of our team, apply now.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- You are precise, and you follow through on things until the end.
- You enjoy meeting and making a connection with riders and helping to repair their bikes
- You are a technical enthusiast when it comes to bicycles.
- You support bike sales with expert technical advice, and any other sales floor duties as needed
- A clean workshop is important to you and you enjoy learning about new technology and products
YOU WILL BE RESPOSIBLE FOR
- Assembling new bicycles
- Service and maintenance of test fleet bicycles
- Great condition of the workshop area, completeness and technical condition of the workshop tools
- Manage the mechanic activities for events and promotions
- Driving, loading and maintaining event vehicles
- Support and execution of test events in varrious terrains
SOME THINGS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
- Experience working as a bicycle mechanic
- Knowledge of Specialized bicycles and products
- Experience with E-bikes
- You love to interact with riders
- Experience working in events in remote locations
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Driving licence
- You are able to lift 25kg or more and use proper lifting skills
