The Job

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, paid social, and retargeting efforts. This role will be integral in optimizing our conversion-focused digital marketing initiatives and ensuring efficiency in performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for the outdoor industry.

The Opportunity

  • SEM & Paid Search Optimization: Assist in managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search campaigns. 
  • Support optimization of Affiliate partners and remarketing, retargeting, and conversion-focused paid media strategies across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, Affiliates, and YouTube. 
  • Execute store level campaigns that support store demand generation goals for rentals and service 
  • Keyword & Audiences: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to improve campaign targeting and efficiency. 
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Support the Program Manager -Performance Marketing in monitoring key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements. 
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support A/B testing initiatives on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution.
  • Reporting & Insights: Assist in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports


Requirements

The Must Haves

  •  Must be in Seattle 
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in paid media, SEM, or digital performance marketing. 
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager. 
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker, or other analytics platforms is a plus. 
  • Familiarity optimizing for lower-funnel conversions, ROAS, and CPA goals. 
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic data analysis. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

The base wage for this role ranges from $60,080.00 to $90,120.00. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role.
