• Secure bookings and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel vendors.
• Handle special requests such as securing VIP services, exclusive reservations, or event tickets.
• Provide 24/7 support during travel to resolve issues, answer questions, or handle unexpected situations.
• Maintain organized records of client profiles, preferences, and past itineraries to anticipate future needs.
• Monitor and communicate travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols to clients.
• Upsell and recommend additional travel services, including travel insurance, upgrades, and exclusive experiences.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
