As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Bell + Giro Sales and Category teams with financial planning and analysis. This role will be integral in helping the business with key decisions to drive sales growth and improve profitability with financial planning and analysis.

Essential Functions:

Sales Planning & Forecasting
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams each month to update accurate monthly financial plans
  • Keep leadership informed on sales performance versus expectations
  • Support the sales planning efforts for the 3-year Long Range Plan and for the annual budgeting cycle
Gross Margin Management
  • Partner with sales and category teams to forecast gross margins
  • Report on margin performance versus plan and provide insights into variances
  • Assist in evolving our gross margin reporting to bring insights into performance and improve communication of results to the brand and corporate leadership teams
  • Identify risks and opportunities to help improve gross margin performance
Go To Market Financial Planning
  • Work closely with product category teams throughout the product development phases to help drive decisions that lead to sales growth and improved gross margins
  • Support the category and sales teams with reporting and insights from past performance to inform pricing decisions
Education and Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • Minimum of four years related experience required
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience & proficiency is preferred
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred

  • Ability to present financial information in a clear, precise manner
  • Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently within deadlines

Pay Range:
$80,700.00 - $126,300.00
