Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Coordinates resources, schedules, and communications on assigned team, develops schedules, assigns tasks; accountable for delivery on team projects and the participation of team members to other projects and needs.
Design, develop, and maintain a variety of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Business Intelligence (BI) software: MS Power BI, Excel, and others as required. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in reports by conducting regular data validation and reconciliation.
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with business partners to define relevant metrics and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of business initiatives.
Recommends, plans, and establishes objectives to meet short and long-term company data and analytic needs.
Continuously assess and enhance reporting processes to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis activities. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks and increase efficiency.
Create and maintain documentation related to reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency.
Ownership and support of company wide data governance.
Provide training and support to business teams and stakeholders on how to access and interpret reports and dashboards. Address questions and concerns related to reporting and data accuracy.
Leads and/or assists team members and customers with problem solving related to application performance and usage.
Acts as problem coordinator for corporate problems; identifies and analyzes problems, devises solutions through cross-functional teamwork and determines corrective action.
Assesses requirements and work requests and assigns priorities and resolution targets.
Develops technical and business proficiency through formal education, project assignment and interfacing with representatives of carriers and suppliers. Stay updated on the latest trends in BI tools, data visualization techniques, and reporting best practices.
Performs employment duties for team members.
Provides input to the recruiting process.
Participates in and supports disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures; assists in developing standards and procedures when required
Provides 24-hour on call support, including evenings and weekends
Interacts in a cross-team capacity to meet customer and organizational needs.
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
10+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence
5+ years of proficiency in using BI tools such as MS Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar tools
Proven experience leading technical team members: including both FTE’s and third-party resources
Excellent analytic skills and ability to interpret complex data sets, commitment to data accuracy
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels of management including senior and executive leadership
Proven understanding of IT processes, terminology, and best practices; recognized locally as a trusted leader in the technology space
Demonstrated ability to execute the software development lifecycle process, including requirements gathering, design, development/configuration, testing and support
Ability to operate independently or as part of a team and complete agreed upon deliverables within established timeframes
Demonstrated ability to lead medium-large projects on fixed deliverables, including delegation of work and providing estimations of effort
Experience with SAP ERP (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, FICO, Ariba)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Normal office environment.
Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
