- Stay Informed
- Keep up with travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- Manage Reservations
- Handle inquiries, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requests promptly and efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Deliver personalized service and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
- Collaboration & Negotiation
- Work with travel suppliers and partners to secure special deals, discounts, and offers for clients.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Eagerness to become proficient in using travel booking platforms and software
- Willingness to develop knowledge of domestic/international destinations, airlines, hotels, and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
