Job Postings ### For Employers If you post job listings, you represent and warrant that: - You have the authority to post the job on behalf of the employer - The job listing is accurate and not misleading - The job complies with all applicable employment laws - You will not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics ### Content Removal We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our posting guidelines. ## 6\. Job Applications ### For Job Seekers When you apply for jobs through our platform: - You grant us permission to share your application information with employers - You represent that your application materials are truthful and accurate - You understand that we are not responsible for employer hiring decisions - You acknowledge that employment relationships are between you and the employer ## 7\. Intellectual Property ### Our Content All content on GetOutdoorJobs, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. ### User Content By posting content on our platform (such as job listings or applications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving our services. ## 8\. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETOUTDOORJOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. ## 12\.
