    Job Description

    Mountain Sales Call Center (MSCC) Agents serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning guests visiting Aspen Snowmass. As the voice of the company, agents provide exceptional guest service by answering phone calls, responding to emails and chats, processing orders, and offering expert advice to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about Aspen Snowmass and the surrounding areas where Aspen Skiing Company operates. This position reports to the MSCC Manager.

    Applications for this position will be accepted until November 10th, 2025 for the 2025-2026 Winter Season.

    Essential Job Functions

    Sell Aspen Snowmass products and services, including lift tickets, season passes, lessons, equipment rentals, and on-mountain activities via phone

    Answer inbound calls using sales and reservation software, providing expert recommendations and outstanding guest service

    Utilize professional sales techniques to guide conversations effectively and convert leads into sales with confidence, supported by an uncapped commission structure

    Address general inquiries about Aspen Snowmass products and the surrounding area, and offer personalized recommendations based on guests' needs

    Research, troubleshoot, and resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience; redirect calls to the appropriate department when necessary

    Provide technical support for guests navigating the Aspen Snowmass mobile app and website login processes

    Stay current on all Aspen Skiing Company products, services, policies, and events through ongoing training

    Maintain organized and accessible records of training materials, emails, and meeting notes for easy reference

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel across departments, including Mountain Sales, Ski & Snowboard School, Rental/Retail, Guest Services, Online Services, and Mountain Operations

    Share feedback with management regarding products and procedures to enhance the guest experience

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience Requirements

    High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

    Minimum of one year of professional experience required; resort experience preferred

    At least one year of experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system preferred

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Strong communication and comprehension skills in English required

    Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese preferred

    Strong cash-handling skills and ability to accurately process transactions

    Accuracy in processing payments, issuing tickets, and maintaining records

    Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure seamless guest experiences across departments

    Ability to interact professionally with guests, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming environment

    Ability to quickly learn and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, ticketing software, and other digital tools

    Ability to troubleshoot ticketing or access issues while maintaining company policies

    Additional Information

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    Ability to be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time

    Regularly work in adverse conditions and requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

    Must be able to lift, push or pull occasionally up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
