Ski Patrol

Join the Tenney Resort Ski Patrol team and help keep our mountain safe, responsive, and welcoming for all guests. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for strong skiers with a passion for safety, teamwork, and outdoor adventure.

What You'll Do:

Ensure guest safety by enforcing resort rules and responding to emergencies

Administer first aid and transport injured guests via toboggan

Patrol trails, assess conditions, and perform maintenance

Coordinate rescue operations and lift evacuations

Assist with incident reporting, hazard mitigation, and skier education

Support races, special events, and collaborate with other departments

What You'll Need:

Age 18+ with strong skiing skills across all terrain

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before season start)

Clear communication, basic reading/writing skills

Ability to work outdoors in all weather and handle stressful situations

Comfort with transporting injured guests and exposure to medical hazards (training provided)

A Plus: OEC (Outdoor Emergency Care) Training or equivalent (EMS/RN)

Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
