Tenney Mountain Resort is a family-owned, revitalized ski destination in the heart of New Hampshire. Since our trails were first carved in 1959, Tenney has been known for its old-school charm, 1,650 feet of vertical, and authentic New England ski culture.

After a historic comeback season in 2022-2023, our momentum is only growing. We're re-energizing Tenney from the summit to the base-upgrading lifts, improving snowmaking, and building a team that's passionate about mountain life.

Your Day on the Mountain (Key Responsibilities)

Ticket Agents ensure courteous service, while helping guests with their individual needs.

Agents work efficiently to conduct ticket sales transactions but are also responsive to positively answering or directing guest's questions and/or concerns.

Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.

Your Ticket to Ride (Position Requirements)

A professional and friendly personality is essential to this important service role. The right candidate will be able to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands.

Excellent listening/communication skills are necessary as is an ability to accurately perform basic math.

Previous customer service experience, including cash handling, and general computer knowledge is required.

Timely and reliable attendance is absolutely essential.

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
