Adjunct Instructor for Anthropology

Transylvania University (www.transy.edu), a top-tier, independent, residential liberal arts college in Lexington, Kentucky, invites applications for the position of Adjunct Instructor of Anthropology, January 5, 2026 and ending April 21, 2026. Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include teaching one upper-level seminar (enrollment 15) in the candidate’s area of expertise. The course will be offered on a MWF schedule. Times are open based on our class schedule and candidate availability.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Anthropology, or related field. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. and/or previous college teaching experience.
