The North Face: Senior Coordinator, Digital eCommerce QA The Senior Coordinator, Digital eCommerce QA oversees all quality assurance processes and initiatives in support of the Digital Operations team. This team member has a deep understanding of the multiple different business teams and their roles to drive continuous improvement efforts within the QA framework along with contributing to innovation. This team member will collaborate directly with stakeholders including leadership and platform teams to align QA efforts with business goals. This role is vital in providing efficiencies across both the US and Canada websites and delivering best-in-class user experience for the brand. This role reports to the Senior Manager, eCommerce Operations, and is a hybrid role, working 3 days/week out of our Denver, Colorado HQ. What will you do? Let’s break down that day-in-the-life: Conduct rigorous testing activities throughout the design and development process to meet the standards set by the brand to drive seamless consumer interaction. Monitor the production website to ensure a stable front end and backend experience for our customers. Lead cross-functional team in planning, developing, executing, and optimizing testing strategies. Ensure the team is trained in testing strategies and new enhancements to bring quality initiatives to life on our website. Escalate issues that arise to the responsible teams across the business to facilitate fast and thorough ticket resolution. Design and implement streamlined communication processes to engage leadership and business teams on new site enhancements or end-user issues to improve response time and project alignment. Support the software development life cycle by developing specifications, processes, and technical design documentations to align with both Platform and Brand requirements. Lead in the test case creation, activation, and tracking within JIRA Test Case Management following agile methodologies during both UAT and BAV. Actively participate in the execution of testing processes and procedures, ensuring the identification and resolution of bugs and issues in newly developed and updated front- and back-end systems. Serve as an ambassador for brand values and culture alongside cross functional teams. What do you need to succeed? We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience, preferably within eCommerce Quality Assurance. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. Familiarity with WCAG AA and ADA Compliance standards. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Core Media is a plus. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of agile methodologies and release management. Hiring Range: $79,488.00 USD - $99,360.00 USD annually Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
