This position reports to the Director of Ecommerce and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or is based out of our Eagle, CO office.   

This role will be responsible for coordinating with Vista sister brands and external partners to increase program and brand adoption to key identified audiences. They will develop and send outreach sequences through HubSpot to expedite growth in programs and provide regular communication to members on promotions and initiatives through dedicated email newsletters and SMS, segmented by program.

The DTC Partnerships Manager will also manage the employee discount programs (EPP), optimize and manage ExpertVoice, GuideFitter, and any other member-based marketplaces. They will be responsible for coordinating and attending applicable trade shows to further grow programs, developing metrics-based tracking and reporting mechanisms to observe the effectiveness of industry pro, outfitter, and guide programs, and the adoption of special promotions and initiatives.

The DTC Partnerships Manager will work closely with leadership to activate program members into affiliate and drop ship programs where applicable and manage a process to provide a tiered level of priority support, service, and shipping for program members. 

They will also bring a creative approach to an established program, scaling up existing initiatives while developing new ideas to expand the program's reach even further.

As the DTC Partnerships Manager, you will have an opportunity to: 
  • Coordinate with Vista sister brands and external partners to increase program and brand adoption to key identified audiences.
  • Develop and sending outreach communications through cold calls and email sequences through HubSpot to expedite growth in programs.
  • Provide regular communication to members on promotions and initiatives through dedicated email newsletters and SMS, segmented by program.
  • Develop and manage process to provide tiered level of priority support, service, and shipping for program members.
  • Work closely with leadership to activate program members into affiliate and ambassador programs where applicable.
  • Manage employee discount programs (EPP)
  • Optimize and manage ExpertVoice, GuideFitter, and onboarding similar member-based marketplace(s).
  • Coordinate and attending applicable trade shows to further develop programs.
  • Develop metrics-based tracking and reporting mechanisms to observe the effectiveness of our industry pro, outfitter, and guide programs, as well as the adoption of special promotions and initiatives.
  • Bring a creative approach to an established program, scaling up our existing initiatives while developing new ideas to expand our reach even further.
  • Travel and trade show responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned.

You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in direct sales or sales management
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • HubSpot sales certificate or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for events, training, and sales initiatives.

Compensation for this role is Salary plus incentives.

Pay Range:
$65,000.00 - $97,400.00
