Vista Outdoor's new Sporting Products Company (The Kinetic Group) is seeking an IT Project Manager to add to our team. The Project Manager is responsible for all project phases of a complex nature, which may include programs involving multiple project work streams. 

This position will work both in a matrix model as well as independently and objectively.

This position reports to the Vice President of Information Technology and is based out of our Anoka, MN office. Consideration will be given to remote candidates.

As the IT Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Direct and manage work efforts of a team project, ensuring proper controls and processes are followed to meet established function, quality, cost and schedule objectives associated with projects.
  • Oversee the analysis, design, execution, and support of assigned projects, including resource planning, budgets, and business communications.
  • Take responsibility for ongoing process improvements, developing a collaborative environment, and building relationships with the business.
  • Operate as a leaders and change agent who is able to adapt in a very fast-paced, ever changing environment.
You have:
  • Four-year degree, preferably in computer science or information technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years prior experience with a demonstrated progression to larger and more complex IT projects.
  • Thorough understanding of Project Management principles, including agile methodologies.
  • Expertise with MS Project.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP implementation and acquisition/divesture activities. Specific technology experience includes: Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft D365 F&O, WMS, and network infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders and team members to handle risks, issues, financial and schedule management.
  • Embraces and drives cultural changes through continuous improvement and learning.
  • Proven track record of delivering results on time with strong customer focus.
  • Ability to travel to other locations as required.
Pay Range:

$73,400.00 - $120,500.00
