What you will be doing:

• Make pattern following the request of Designers, Designer Developer or Sample room manager
• Taking notes from Designers, Designer Developer or Design Innovation Manager and make patterns then collaborate with sewers build the prototypes. To discuss with Designer Developer/ Designers to avoid mistakes. Randomly checked while prototypes are built.
• Provide standard pattern set and information to the Cost Department. 
• Responsible for the pattern quality, size system and fit including tools or gear carrying
• Inform Designers of Designer Developer if their request has potential problems
• In charge of stalling pattern, organizing pattern sets.
• Check volume of each pack when design finalized. 



PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Help to instruct Cutters, Sewers to follow the notes. 
• Help to cut the material when needed. 
• Help to install all hardware and stuffing when the pack is finished.
• Help to organize working space.



AUTHORITY& WORKING RELATIONSHIPS


Regular contact with Osprey Team Members


QUALIFICATIONS


Experienced in making patterns in digital and paper pattern, can sew the pack up, know the materials well. 
Having experience in using technical computer programs is an advantage



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. 15 Days Annual Leave. Lunch provided 5 days a week.


REQUIRED MEETINGS AND TIME/TRAVEL


Participation in all department and general company meetings/functions, and others relating to special assignments, as required. 
May be required to work outside of normal work hours or attend offsite training/business functions.
