Our Foresight Sport’s team is looking for a Repair’s Technician.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate return repair processes with Tech Support.
- Perform surface mount or through-hole soldering, sub-assembly and unit assembly and ensure that quality standards are met.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Identify units that fail tests, physical damage, and repair as necessary.
- Diagnosis, Trouble-shoot customer’s issues, and repair or replace the device back to customers in a timely manner.
- Update Firmware to the most recent release firmware and perform product burn-in, testing on all products when needed.
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure that quality and delivery expectations are met.
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the area.
- Follow all company Guidelines, Safety and ESD Program requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Proficient in Soldering
- Experience with Electronic Diagnosis
- Understand and operate a static free work station
