    Overview of Role The consultant serves as the strategic and technical solution partner delivering integrated solutions to clients, proactively solution growth pathways and driving long term partnership. This highly experienced leader ensures all engagements—across data, AI and cloud are fundamentally sound in their solution design, aligned with executive expectations, and positioned to deliver measurable strategic value. The expert consultant provides executive oversight and strategic direction, leveraging a dedicated Delivery Manager for project execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Solution Design & Quality Assurance Serve as the primary leader in translating the client's high-level business goals into cohesive, viable, and innovative AI first solutions in deep collaboration with technical architects across all capability areas. Own the strategic framing of all engagements, ensuring clear definition of the strategic objectives, scope boundaries, and ultimate success criteria.

    Act as a highly fungible resource (specializing in AI and Data) to conduct project triage and validate design approaches. Provide critical quality assurance feedback on key deliverables to ensure technical integrity and strategic alignment.

    • Maintain the ability to be hands-on when necessary to diagnose critical design issues, validate technical strategies, or unblock teams, ensuring the solution remains robust.

    Executive Alignment & Stakeholder Management Act as the pivotal strategic liaison between the Client's executives and program owners, internal leadership (Account Executives), and the Delivery organization.

    • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders at the executive and director levels to ensure continuous strategic alignment and manage expectations.

    Articulate the client's strategic needs internally while transparently communicating delivery realities and constraints externally, mitigating scope creep and risk of misalignment. Leverage deep expertise in the healthcare business and technology to ensure all solutions are compliant, operationally relevant, and impactful for the client.

    Portfolio Governance & Commercial Support Partner with the supporting Account Executive and Delivery Manager (who owns project management, scheduling, tracking, and daily resource allocation) to monitor execution against the strategic vision and design.

    • Coordinate with Practice Leaders to define the resourcing strategy for the portfolio, making recommendations to optimize resources for strategic goals and revenue acceleration.

    Regular travel to client locations is required to maintain strong executive and delivery oversight.

    Qualifications:

    Experience & Leadership:

    Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, professional services, or a related strategic technology leadership role, with a strong focus on solution design and executive stakeholder management. Proven experience in a client-facing leadership role managing multi-million dollar, large-scale cloud data and AI technology engagements, preferably in the Healthcare and Life Science (HCLS) sector.

    Core Expertise (Cloud AI & Data) Deep, demonstrably strategic expertise in the solution design and strategic implementation of projects involving AI/ML, Agentic AI, Data Products, or Master Data Management (MDM). Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud-based data architecture, and Agile delivery models.

    Experience building and deploying production-quality data and AI solutions in the cloud, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP):

    Professional Skills Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategy to C-level leadership.
