The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for performing routine sample collection of pharmacy compounding environments under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager. Supports environmental monitoring activities by assisting with testing, documentation, and re-sampling efforts. Works closely with microbiology analysts to contribute to sterile compounding quality and regulatory compliance across the division.

Under guidance of qualified microbiologists, performs re-sampling and investigative sample collection for sites requiring follow-up or remediation.
Participates in garbing qualifications and proficiency testing. Assists with onboarding and training activities under supervision.
Assists with inspection preparation, document retrieval, and adherence to safety, infection control, and hazardous waste handling policies.
Updates electronic tracking systems and archives reports. Ensures data integrity and proper documentation storage.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Knowledge of sample collection as it relates to aseptic processing environments such as sterile compounding cleanrooms or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. [Required]
Personal qualities and interpersonal communication skills to interact and maintain good relationships with a broad spectrum of healthcare disciplines and the public under all circumstances [Required]
Functions independently using effective written and verbal communication [Required]
Detail oriented with exceptional time management, documentation and teamwork skills [Required]
Ability to self-monitor progress and complete assigned tasks independently [Required]
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet knowledge skills [Required]
Familiar with sterile and non-sterile USP compounding standards [Required]
Mature judgment and the ability to handle confidential information within AdventHealth guidelines and applicable regulations. [Required]
Ability to meet standards for garbing and hand hygiene competency qualification [Required]
High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
3+ experience with aseptic technique, cleanroom operations, or microbial control [Required]
Driver's License (DL) [Required]
