This role will involve a blend of market analysis, strategic planning, and collaborative execution with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Opportunity:

Identification:** Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to pinpoint new growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets.

• **Strategic Planning & Development:** Develop comprehensive strategic growth plans, including business cases, financial projections, and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and market segments.
• **Business Development & Partnership Management:** Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisition targets that align with Airgas's growth objectives.

Negotiate and manage relationships with key external stakeholders.

• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, product development, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.

Champion growth strategies across the organization.

• **Project Management:** Lead and manage strategic growth projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of defined KPIs.
• **Performance Monitoring & Reporting:** Track, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• **Innovation & Best Practices:** Stay abreast of industry innovations, technological advancements, and best practices in strategic growth and business development, integrating relevant insights into Airgas's strategy.
• **Customer & Market Insights:** Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to inform product development, service enhancements, and overall strategic direction.
