Essential Functions and Major

Responsibilities:

Clean and Sanitize Dishware: Operate dishwashing equipment and handwash delicate items to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

• Maintain Steady Workflow: Keep a consistent flow of clean items available to support restaurant operations, prioritizing essential items for quick turnaround.
• Monitor and Restock Supplies: Track levels of detergents, sanitizers, and cleaning solutions, restocking proactively to avoid disruptions.
• Follow Safety and Sanitation Standards: Adhere to food safety protocols, ensure proper sanitization levels, and wear non-slip shoes at all times.
• Support Team and Cleanliness: Assist staff as needed, clean and reset tables, and keep floors and surfaces free of spills and debris.

Secondary

• Assist with food prep Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
