They manage reservations, waitlists, and coordinate seating flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest

Responsibilities:
- Manage Guest Flow: Professionally and calmly maintain a steady flow of seating, greet all guests warmly, and provide accurate wait times while offering beverages during the wait.
Seat Guests Thoughtfully: Seat guests based on their preferences, server workload, and seating capacity; distribute menus and provide booster seats or highchairs as needed.
- Communicate with Team: Quickly inform servers of guest seating and relay any special requests to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return; assist with water service and soda refills throughout their visit.
- Assist with Restaurant Operations: Clean and reset tables, help servers with side work, and perform additional tasks to support the overall flow and cleanliness of the restaurant.
