Where we make our food from scratch.
If you have a passion for global cuisine and a love for learning, this is the job for you. You will be responsible for food preparation, presentation and keeping a clean kitchen. Essential Functions and Major
Responsibilities:
- Prepares a variety of breads and desserts for the Crows Bench restaurant Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards.
Work in close liaison with chef and sous chef. Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Assembles dishes with attention to presentation and quality.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation.
- Follows sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Responsible for inventory and stock management by assisting in receiving and storing deliveries and alerting leadership when inventory stock is low.
Must be willing to work with both the Back of House and Front of House teams. Secondary
