Description:

This position directs the day-to-day and strategic activities of a highly complex, large plant to achieve financial and operating objectives as determined by ARP and the Business Unit. The Plant Director is a key leadership role which manages all plant operations with overall

The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $176,100 to $220,100; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $176,100 to $264,100 depending on job-related knowledge,
