THE TEAM The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. THE
OPPORTUNITY:
Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is growing with it. This is a unique
opportunity:
to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product, property, people, information, and financial assets. You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in our boutiques through exceptional service and presence.

THE ROLE As the Retail Risk Manager, you will lead the team to: Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee

COMPENSATION:
The typical hiring range for this position is $30–$45 USD per hour. Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury
