Your Potential Impact: Our Retail, Retail Operations, and Retail Corporate teams are the face of our brand and the engine that delivers on our promises to guests. Areas of Focus We are looking for passionate individuals across three primary
areas:
Retail Stores:
- Sales Team Members: Build relationships with guests, turn interest into
confident decisions, and grow your earning potential while developing a long-term career in retail furniture.
- Visual Merchandiser: Design, maintain, and evolve showroom environments that
inspire guests — bringing creativity, precision, and pride into how our spaces look and function.
- Sales Leadership: Lead teams, shape culture, and drive results — turning
strategy into consistent performance on the sales floor while developing team members along the way.
Retail Operations:
- Distribution, Transportation, Repair: Ensure every product reaches our guests
with speed, care, and quality — whether in the warehouse, on the road, or in the home.
- Guest Care: Support guests with empathy and clarity, turning questions and
challenges into thoughtful solutions that build trust and confidence.
- Store Operations: Keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes so teams
can focus on delivering their best work every day.
Retail Corporate:
- Marketing: Shape how millions of guests experience our brand by turning
insight and imagination into storytelling that moves the business forward.
- Merchandising: Build trend-right assortments at scale — balancing style,
value, and performance to meet our guests needs and drive meaningful results.
- E-Commerce: Create seamless digital experiences that connect guests to our
