Key Responsibilities:

Procure raw materials and develop a strong supplier base Issue rolling schedules and prioritize deliveries Consolidate requirements and determine best purchasing methods (spot orders, contracts, blanket orders)

• Maintain close contact with suppliers and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and analyze supplier performance data
• Advise management on market conditions and supplier activity
• Support ISO 9000 processes and vendor certification
• Manage inventory levels and address slow-moving or obsolete stock
• Provide purchasing support for maintenance and expense items

Attend production meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams Domestic and occasional international travel required What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or buying experience 3+ years of ERP/MRP systems experience (preferably SAP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Work Environment This role is 100% onsite, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility in start and end times. The work environment is modern and professional, featuring a large office staff and multiple departments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loves Park, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
