Chatham, NY Colonie, NY Guilderland, NY Halfmoon, NY Clifton Park, NY Niskayuna, NY (Training provided. Branch hours vary by location.) What You’ll Do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Guide members through digital banking tools, including mobile apps and online platforms.
• Resolve inquiries promptly while offering consultative support tailored to member needs.

Open new accounts, memberships, and loans, identifying opportunities for additional services.

• Support branch operations, including ATM balancing and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service or financial services. High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office. Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM–12:00 PM). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonie, NY.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
