Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Oven Operator position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Oven Operator transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understands the correct operation of a roto-molding machine. Understands and complies with the Production Schedule. Adds inserts and other molded in components to a mold. Uses measuring equipment to obtain proper powder weights. Charges molds with correct weight and type of powder.
Changes molds to accommodate production schedule. Inspects parts for conformance to specifications.
- Performs proper maintenance on molds as required.
