PMC (Production Material Coordinator)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Assembler position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Lead Assembler role provides guidance, support, and motivation to their staff, manages conflict, monitors process, represents their team, and trains outfitters to ensure tasks are being performed accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists supervisor, manages, guides, coaches, and adjusts work as needed to accomplish goal.
