Quality Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Manager oversees, administers, and supports quality and improvement initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervises day to day operations, trains, and develops QA staff members.

• Oversees, administers, supports, tracks all Quality Control efforts.

Works closely with operations, administration, and corporate-based teams, to ensure cross-functional cooperation and communication. Actively participates in Continuous Improvement/Kaizen/Lean efforts.

• Reports items or circumstances which may negatively impact quality and help to develop solutions to solve such issues.
• Participates in the creation and documentation of standard work practices.
