Taper Gelcoat

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position requires hand application of masking tape to the inside surface of a mold in a specific pattern of stripe designs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Wipes clean with the luster cloth the inside of the molds where the masking tape will be applied. Uses specific size tape, apply masking tape in a pre-determined pattern, free hand and/or with the use of templates. Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free Places all supplies in storage

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Teamwork Oriented Pushing and pulling molds Repeated bending pulling stretching Ability to distinguish basic colors Depth perception Detailed manipulation with fingers and hands Coordination simultaneously Attention to detail
