    Position Overview:

    Berlin City Toyota is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to support our sales and operations teams by maintaining the organization, safety, and appearance of our vehicle lot. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring vehicles are ready for display and delivery.

    What You’ll Do:

    Receive, move, park, and organize vehicles in assigned areas

    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and visually appealing vehicle lot

    Move vehicles as directed and follow dealership display standards Check vehicles for damage and ensure proper documentation Store, track, and manage vehicle keys accurately Keep vehicle batteries charged and vehicles fueled as directed Clean vehicles as needed, including removing snow, ice, and debris

    • Install, replace, and maintain vehicle merchandising materials
    • Ensure vehicles are properly secured at all times
    • Assist managers and team members with tasks as requested

    Represent Berlin City Toyota with professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward customers and their vehicles Leave a positive and lasting impression with every customer interaction

    Who You Are:

    Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Take pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable, motivated, and willing to pitch in where needed Professional and courteous when interacting with customers, managers, and coworkers

    Strong communication and follow-up skills

    Essential Functions:

    Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions (snow, rain, heat, etc.)

    • Perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting

    Shovel snow during the winter months as required

    • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy

    Requirements:

    Must be at least 18 years of age Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Authorized to work in the United States
