You will be the architect of operational excellence, leading a talented engineering team with vision, fostering a culture of ownership, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all physical aspects of our property.

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who is equal parts strategist, mentor, and problem-solver. You will take ownership of the entire engineering support ecosystem, from inventory management and vendor partnerships to preventative maintenance and team development, always acting with our 'End of the Line' philosophy to ensure every guest and owner concern is met with a solution.

If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced resort setting, are driven by operational results and team success, and find deep satisfaction in empowering others while keeping our property in peak condition, we'd love to meet you.
