This position is only for the summer season. The position will only be active from May 18 -July 24, 2026, with a weekly maximum of 20 hours for After Care Coordinators.

Duties include:

• Managing daily aftercare operations
• overseeing the aftercare staff and camp participants
• always ensuring the safety of all participants
• planning, implementing, and supervising aftercare activities, including snack time
• overseeing camp participant pick-up process
• enforcing disciplinary procedures for camp participants and aftercare staff
• monitoring the use of supplies
• maintaining a clean and orderly environment
• cultivating a positive and professional work environment for staff members
• interacting positively with and establishing productive relationships with staff, camp participants, parents, and guardians

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of experience working with children ages 5-12 (paid or volunteer)
