    THE POSITION With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our Store Leadership Teams are essential to our business. From ensuring effective store operations, strategies, and procedures, to guiding and developing team members, our Store Leadership Teams help create memorable customer

    s while supporting and helping drive the company’s mission of “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.” As a Co-Manager, you will be a leader who plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store, primarily guided by the Store Manager. This role executes strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and implement marketing and promotional directives to increase sales and grow our existing customer base.

    You will be responsible for driving high store standards and conditions while fostering a positive team environment, developing associates of all levels to prepare them best to successfully obtain their career goals. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Provides leadership, direction and coaching to the other leadership and associate staff.
