Director of eCommerce

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Lead Site Excellence: Ensure flawless site operations, intuitive navigation, and high-performing content that reflects brand standards and enhances conversion.

• Drive Personalization: Implement data-driven strategies to deliver tailored

• Optimize Merchandising & Promotions: Develop compelling product presentation and promotional strategies that balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives.

Expand Digital Channels: Identify and launch new shopping

s beyond .Com to capture growth opportunities and reach new audiences.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and operations teams to deliver integrated initiatives that accelerate revenue.
