Job Description
This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

THE POSITION The Director of eCommerce is a strategic leader responsible for delivering a best-in-class digital shopping

that drives growth, customer acquisition, and loyalty. This role oversees site operations, content strategy, digital merchandising, personalization, and promotional execution, while leading the expansion of shopping

s across emerging channels. The Director combines consumer obsession with data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and stay ahead of evolving digital trends. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Lead Site Excellence: Ensure flawless site operations, intuitive navigation, and high-performing content that reflects brand standards and enhances conversion.
- Drive Personalization: Implement data-driven strategies to deliver tailored

- Optimize Merchandising & Promotions: Develop compelling product presentation and promotional strategies that balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
Expand Digital Channels: Identify and launch new shopping

s beyond .Com to capture growth opportunities and reach new audiences.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and operations teams to deliver integrated initiatives that accelerate revenue.

- leading eCommerce strategy and operations for a consumer-focused brand.
Expertise in site operations, content management, digital merchandising, personalization, and promotional planning. Strong analytical
skills:
with proficiency in eCommerce KPIs, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
- Demonstrated success in expanding digital channels and launching new shopping
experience:
s. Exceptional leadership
skills:
