This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

THE POSITION Although we're an apparel and footwear-focused company, technology is central to everything we do. CSC Digital Technology (CDT) teams enable technology infrastructure across four global brands, an e-commerce platform, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, e-commerce, data, and supply chain platforms to enhance customer

and service in an ever-evolving industry. Our IT team manages and supports the global SAP landscape across all channels—e-commerce, wholesale, and retail brick-and-mortar. We focus on delivering secure, high-performing solutions through: Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes BASIS for SAP system performance and reliability Enterprise DBAs for data integrity and availability Integration for seamless connectivity across business applications We enable efficient operations and innovation by ensuring SAP and its integrations run smoothly worldwide We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our IT team supporting global SAP operations.
This role will focus on delivering high-quality ABAP development across both ECC and S/4HANA environments. The developer will play a key role in supporting the Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) functional areas, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. When we transition to S/4HANA, this position will serve as a technical lead, guiding the migration strategy and helping to disposition the ECC codebase for a smooth and efficient move to the new platform.

, and a collaborative mindset to drive innovation and maintain system integrity during this critical transformation. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Develop and maintain ABAP programs in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Support Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) functional areas with robust technical solutions.
- Lead technical efforts during the S/4HANA migration, including disposition of ECC codebase.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business
requirements:
into scalable ABAP solutions.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide offshore development teams, providing training and technical leadership.
- Participate in all phases of SAP implementations, from design to deployment.
YOU ARE Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to mentor and train offshore teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving and analytical
skills:
Clear and proactive communication across technical and business teams. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. YOU HAVE Deep expertise in ABAP development for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Experience:
with S/4HANA backend development. Extensive
experience:
with IDoc processing, especially inbound sales orders. Proven ability to implement multi-echelon inventory concepts in code. Minimum 10 years of SAP ECC Supply Chain
experience:
