    s while supporting and helping drive the company’s mission of “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.” As a Retail Supervisor, you will be a member of the Store Leadership Team and assists the Store Manager in the effective operation of the store. The supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to diverse associate level team members in the assigned area of responsibility.

    You will provide sales floor leadership to drive sales and ensure associates engage consumers to provide a personalized shopping

    experience:

    HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Provides training and in-the-moment coaching to ensure associates engage consumers, make product recommendations, and leverage product knowledge to influence buying decisions.

    • Ensures associates connect consumers to company loyalty programs and solicit feedback through consumer surveys.
    • Supports store leadership in the execution of merchandising directives; ensures timely replenishment of the sales floor and maintains high store standards for product presentation and store cleanliness.

    Supervises and overseas assigned department of responsibility.

    • Drives department sales through deep understanding of consumer needs, product training, visual merchandising, and communication of product needs and challenges with store leadership.
    • Collaborates with store leadership team to ensure accurate execution of procedures and compliance with company policies.

    Works to resolve any problems or errors.

    • Creates and maintains a store culture of teamwork; leads by example to high professional standards and demonstrates Columbia Sportswear Company values.
