    Job Description

    This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

    ABOUT:

    THE POSITION SOREL is seeking a strategic, innovative, consumer driven, executive leader responsible for shaping and scaling the global footwear business. This leader will guide the strategic direction, design, and development of the footwear division to drive growth and profitability, overseeing the full product life cycle and aligning product creation with the brand vision.

    • Reporting directly to the Brand President, this leader will steward an already high performing organization and will be accountable for delivering double digit growth, refining the product line, and developing a three-year roadmap for global expansion.

    WHAT YOU:

    WILL BE DOING Lead and inspire a diverse global team across Product Management, Design, and Product Development, driving entrepreneurial energy and a culture of excellence. Align cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-performance results and execute change with clarity and speed.

    Formulate strategic initiatives and govern end-to-end solution execution across the organization to deliver innovative, consumer-led footwear. Own the 3-year product strategy, category and assortment strategy, ensuring alignment to overarching brand objectives.

    • Define long-range product strategies that scale globally across distribution and achieve financial targets.

    Partner with CSC sourcing team to operationalize the global sourcing footprint and build strategic supplier relationships.

    • Evaluate key business challenges and create strategic pathways to achieve aggressive growth goals, with a target of scaling the business to $500M+ over 5 years.
    • Drive performance through data-driven decision making, marketplace insights, and strong commercial instincts.

    YOU ARE A strong leader who can drive exponential growth through high performing diverse team. Able to work confidently across the Product Creation lifecycle from trend discovery to market. Innovative, and able to think outside the box with new ideas and strategic execution. YOU HAVE 10-15 years of senior leadership

    experience:

    within a global footwear organization with demonstrated success in driving top and bottom-line growth. Proven ability to blend creativity with commercial success bringing products to market that resonate with consumers. Deep expertise across end-to-end footwear creation: range planning, seasonal calendars, speed-to-market models, design models (in- house, outsourced, mixed), sourcing and supply chain.
